This site is committed to informing the public about the very high probability of the Sumatran tigers going extinct, and to increase the concern over where Sumatran tigers are headed in the future: extinction. The Sumatran tiger is an Indonesian tiger subspecies, consisting of as few as 400 tigers. Poaching and deforestation have made extinction a real possibility for the Sumatran tiger. Although law enforcement officials have attempted to defend these species habitat, poaching continues and so does destruction, leaving these tigers with no where to live. Sumatran tigers can only be found on the island of Sumatra, an island in Indonesia.

This site is not only committed to educating the public about Sumatran tigers predicament — this site is also committed to proclaiming a possible solution to restore their well-being. Read carefully, consider new approaches, and learn how you can make a change.

I am proud to introduce the Sumatran tiger.
